I was invited by Lidia Cichoń (AMSED) to be one of the organizers and facilitators of the Erasmus Plus project about intercultural dialogue. The others partners represented Morocco, Tunisia, India, France and Ivory Coast – so as you can see the project was not only implemented on the European level but on the international level 🙂 The NGO I was representing is led by Iwona Kozieja – Fundacja Rozmawiajmy (Let’s Talk Foundation).
There were six different webinars (plus an international night online – the first time in my life in that innovative way) simultaneously translated into English and French:
Impact of the health crisis on youth
Interculturality, multiculturalism, cultural pluralism: what approach to approach cultural diversity
Inter-religious dialogue and living together
International solidarity and youth engagement
Integrating SDP objectives into international youth action
Citizenship during the global pandemic
As as psychologist already dealing with the influence of COVID-19 pandemic on adults I was selected to lead the first topic mentioned. My thoughts and conclusions are gathered here:

What can be perceived as positive
Leading activities in English wasn’t something new for me but translating it into French seems quite a challenge 🙂 So I was grateful to have Lidia to help me with summary of my speech in French. My webinar was appreciated by particinants as stated in the Letter of Recommendation issued by the AMSED’ Head of organisation Djilali Kabeche: „Pawel TEMPCZYK prepared and facilitated the workshop with high quality, rich content and an innovative methodology adapted to online activities. We enjoyed working with him because he is a very competent and professional trainer. The participants of the project also shaped his pedagogical qualities by underlining his ability to be dynamic, well organized, a good listener and incredibly benevolent. „
