Previous month I took part in the networking meeting held by the French NGO AMSED. It was the second meeting that I have joined – the first one was in December 2019 in Istanbul.
I was supposed to organise the next meeting in Warsaw in April/May but due to the Covid 19 we needed to change our plans. The pandemic was also one of the main topics we were discussing in one of the most European cities – Strasbourg – where AMSED has its headquarters. We focused on how the pandemic had influenced our projects and if we had managed to introduce the online tools. I made a short presentation of the project by Stowarzyszenie Poczucia Hej, to my! (Hi it’s us!) that had been fully organised in the virtual space – mostly on the Zoom platform. We were also wondering whether to risk organising projects in the near future and having them cancelled because of Covid 19 or postpone them till 2021. There was no clear answer to this question.
But Strasbourg is not only the AMSED HQ 🙂 In free time we had the opportunity to visit the city, admire the famous Cathedral and watch it during the light show!
