Psychologist and trainer (Faculty of Psychology, University of Warsaw, specialization: Supporting the personality development), group coach (TROP Group), leader of laughter yoga (Laughter Yoga International), diagnostician and co-creator of the online personality test PERSO.IN, Design Thinking facilitator (Brainwave) , certified dolphin therapist (Dobra Wioska Foundation) and DEMOS Dialogues Facilitator (Dialogue Supporting Foundation „Let’s Talk”). In the past I was the Vice-President of Stowarzyszenie Poczucia (Association Senses), I coordinated and co-led the TC DEMOcrisis – Fostering Active Citizenship in Times of a Crisis financed under the ErasmusPlus program. For five years I have been cooperating with the University of Economics and Humanities where I was leading trainings (assertiveness and coping with stress, self-presentation and public speaking, basics of training, interpersonal skills) in English and Polish at the Faculty of Psychology. Nowadays I cooperate with the Dialogue Supporting Foundation „Let’s Talk” within the European and local projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In my work I combine psychology with acting because I believe that such a combination grants deepened experience of the workshop. In addition to education in psychology I also studied acting – Tomek Zadr\u00f3\u017cny’s Two-Year Studio, three semesters of acting at WSKiMS and workshops based on the Lee Strasberg Method. I gained the knowledge and experience to conduct classes combining acting (theatre) and psychology as an assistant to Oksana D\u0105browska at the Interactive Theater of Process (2010-2012) – a theater based on process-oriented psychology, improvisation and psychodrama, where I conducted classes and prepared a performance; for a year I was also an assistant at Anna Kobiela’s Theater Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I developed my competences and skills during numerous EU projects (trainings, conferences, networking meetings and youth exchanges), for example: in Athens, Bakuriani (Georgia), Bansko (Bulgaria), Brussels, Budapest, Yerevan (Armenia), Esch-sur-Azette (Luxembourg), Helsinki, Kiev, Ljubljana, Novi Sad (Serbia), Ponta Delgada (Azores, Portugal), Podgorica (Montenegro), Skopje (North Macedonia), Strasbourg, Villa Nova de Gaia (Portugal), Vilnius and Wicklow Mountains (Ireland).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I conducted and co-led activities for companies (Budlex, Malwin Bis, P&G), during events (WO\u015aP Finale and Woodstock Festival for BlaBlaCar, NTV Lovers’ Congress, Big Breakfast with Nutella), for non-governmental organizations (AMSED Strasbourg, Towarzystwo Inicjatyw Tw\u00f3rczej \u0118, Fundacja Wiosna, Dobra Wioska Foundation, Onkocafe).
