Pr\u00f3cz tego w wakacje przygotowa\u0142em kurs e-learningowy zast\u0119puj\u0105cy \u0107wiczenia do Zastosowania psychologii w naukach spo\u0142ecznych (czyli zaawansowana statystyka), o czym pisa\u0142em <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paweltempczyk.eu\/index.php\/2023\/11\/21\/kurs-e-learningowy-z-zaawansowanej-statystyki\/\">tutaj<\/a>. Dzisiaj chcia\u0142bym opowiedzie\u0107 troch\u0119 wi\u0119cej o kursie z psychometrii, o kt\u00f3rym dowiedzia\u0142em si\u0119 od Wicedziekan Wydzia\u0142u Psychologii, \u017ce by\u0142 wymieniany jako jedne z ulubionych zaj\u0119\u0107 student\u00f3w \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W trakcie tych zaj\u0119\u0107 studenci przechodz\u0105 ca\u0142y proces tworzenia kwestionariuszy psychologicznych, kt\u00f3ry pozna\u0142em, studiuj\u0105c na specjalizacji z Psychometrii stosowanej i kt\u00f3ry wykorzysta\u0142em na przyk\u0142ad przy pracy nad kwestionariuszem osobowo\u015bci online bazuj\u0105cym na Wielkiej Pi\u0105tce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paweltempczyk.eu\/index.php\/2018\/10\/28\/kwestionariusz-osobowosci-perso\/\">PERSO.IN<\/a>. Studenci wpierw wybierali teori\u0119 lub badania psychologiczne, kt\u00f3re s\u0142u\u017cy\u0142y jako podstawy teoretyczne kwestionariusza, a nast\u0119pnie przygotowywali pul\u0119 przynajmniej pi\u0119\u0107dziesi\u0119ciu pyta\u0144 w podziale na trzy podskale (i opcjonalnie skal\u0119 g\u0142\u00f3wn\u0105, czyli wynik og\u00f3lny, je\u015bli mia\u0142 on sens w przypadku tej teorii). U\u0142atwi\u0142em im zadanie, je\u015bli chodzi o badanie trafno\u015bci, i wystarczy\u0142o, \u017ce opisali w pracy, jakie korelacje z uznanymi narz\u0119dziami oraz jakie planowane r\u00f3\u017cnice mi\u0119dzygrupowe wskazywa\u0142yby na trafno\u015b\u0107 teoretyczn\u0105 kwestionariusza. Na koniec udost\u0119pniona by\u0142a ostateczna wersja kwestionariusza, ze \u015bredni\u0105 i odchyleniem standardowym, aby wynik indywidualny badanego mo\u017cna by\u0142o odnie\u015b\u0107 do badanej pr\u00f3by. Last academic year I taught Psychometrics for Polish-speaking students, this year in the winter semester Psychometrics, and in the summer semester &#8211; Introduction to Statistics (for English-speaking students). In addition, during summer holidays I prepared an e-learning course replacing exercises for Application of psychology in Social Sciences (so advanced statistics). Today I would like to tell you a little more about the psychometrics course &#8211; I was informed by the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Psychology that it had been mentioned as one of the students&#8217; favorite classes \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During these classes students go through the entire process of creating psychological questionnaires, which I learned while studying on a specialty in Applied Psychometrics and which I used for example  working on the online personality questionnaire based on the Big Five model PERSO.IN. Students first selected a psychological theory or research that served as the theoretical bacground for the questionnaire, and then prepared a pool of at least fifty questions divided into three subscales (and optionally the main scale, i.e. the overall score, if it made sense in this theory). In a further step students assessed the questions of other groups in terms of the psychometric value of the questionnaire on a three-point scale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">very good question, should be included in the questionnaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">good question, but can be eliminated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">lame question, should be eliminated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These values \u200b\u200bwere used to calculate the Kendall&#8217;s W coefficient of concordance between judges leading the elimination of the weakest questions. Then the students conducted an online study; they could further eliminate items calculating reliability of subscales (Cronbach&#8217;s alpha coefficient). I made their task easier when it came to validity testing, and it was enough for them to describe in their work what correlations with recognized tools and what planned intergroup differences would indicate the construct validity of the questionnaire. Finally, the final version of the questionnaire was made available, with the mean and standard deviation, so that the individual result of the respondent could be compared with the sample.
