Jako \u017ce jest to m\u00f3j ostatni semestr na uczelni, chcia\u0142bym napisa\u0107 kilka s\u0142\u00f3w o \u0107wiczeniach Interpersonal Skills Training, kt\u00f3re koordynowa\u0142em w poprzednim semestrze \ud83d\ude42 Te zaj\u0119cia prowadz\u0119 od pocz\u0105tku mojej wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z Akademi\u0105 Ekonomiczno-Humanistyczn\u0105<\/a> (wpis sprzed czterech lat<\/a>), by\u0142y te\u017c pierwszymi zaj\u0119ciami, kt\u00f3re zaproponowano mi do poprowadzenia, jeszcze w trakcie pandemii – st\u0105d te\u017c po raz pierwszy prowadzi\u0142em je online. Musz\u0119 jednak stwierdzi\u0107, \u017ce rozwijanie umiej\u0119tno\u015bci interpersonalnych wymaga kontaktu twarz\u0105 w twarz; nie by\u0142o to mo\u017cliwe podczas lockdownu, aby spotka\u0107 si\u0119 w jednej sali, natomiast mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 obserwacji innych, bycie w kontakcie poprzez sam\u0105 obecno\u015b\u0107 po\u015br\u00f3d innych ludzi jest ju\u017c samo w sobie ogromnym impulsem do rozwoju umiej\u0119tno\u015bci mi\u0119dzyludzkich. Takie samo zdanie podziela\u0142 Dziekan Wydzia\u0142u Nauk o Cz\u0142owieku, dlatego te\u017c jak tylko wr\u00f3ci\u0142a mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 prowadzenia zaj\u0119\u0107 w siedzibie uczelni, \u0107wiczenia Interpersonal Skills Training wr\u00f3ci\u0142y te\u017c w mury budynku na Okopowej.
W trakcie kilku lat prowadzenia tych zaj\u0119\u0107 dostosowa\u0142em program kursu tak, aby pokrywa\u0142 wszystkie najwa\u017cniejsze tematy dotycz\u0105ce umiej\u0119tno\u015bci interpersonalnych (jak na przyk\u0142a podzia\u0142 na komunikacj\u0119 niewerbaln\u0105, werbaln\u0105 oraz graficzn\u0105 albo radzenie sobie w trudnych sytuacjach mi\u0119dzyludzkich) a zarazem uwzgl\u0119dnia\u0142 moje zainteresowania trenerskie, dotycz\u0105ce dramy oraz ekspresji artystycznej. Wa\u017cne dla mnie te\u017c by\u0142o to, aby pierwsze zaj\u0119cia w ca\u0142o\u015bci po\u015bwi\u0119ci\u0107 na zadania teambuildingowe i integracyjne, aby z podgrup i jednostek stworzy\u0107 podwaliny do zaistnienia grupy (studenci bardzo docenili ten aspekt zaj\u0119\u0107). As this is my last semester at the university, I would like to write a few words about the Interpersonal Skills Training exercises that I coordinated in the previous semester \ud83d\ude42 I have been leading these classes since the beginning of my cooperation with the University of Economics and Human Sciences<\/a>, and they were also the first classes that I was offered to conduct during the pandemic. However I must say that developing interpersonal skills requires face-to-face contact; it was impossible during the lockdown to meet in the same room, but the possibility of observing others, being in contact through the mere presence among other people is a huge stimulus for the development of interpersonal skills. The Dean of the Faculty of Human Sciences shared the same opinion; that’s why as soon as the lockdown was cancelled the Interpersonal Skills Training course was brought to the walls of the UEHS main buliding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have created the course syllabus to cover all the most important topics related to interpersonal skills (such as the division into non-verbal, verbal and graphic communication or coping with difficult interpersonal situations) and at the same time I included my interests as a trainer, such as drama and artistic expression. It was also important to me to spend the first classes entirely to team-building and integration tasks, to create the foundations for a group from subgroups and individuals (students really appreciated this aspect of the classes). I also included Transactional Analysis as a very useful psychological theory for people who have just entered adulthood and leading short exercises (i.e. taking on the role of a teacher or trainer) as an opportunity to practice a new social role. The syllabus that I prepared for all the trainers of these classes covered the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When last year the Vice-Dean of the Department of Human Sciences offered me the opportunity to coordinate this subject, I felt appreciated and took it as a kind of distinction – usually contract employees do not have this priviledge \ud83d\ude09 Counting the number of classes I conducted in here and at the WSB University I can say that I will soon break the mental barrier of a thousand hours worked at the university as an academic teacher. Conducting soft skills training for several years (mainly in English) has developed me as a trainer, and I can also boldly say that thanks to this experience I feel comfortable conducting classes in English. Now it is time to change something in my professional life. Something new has already appeared – in April I will be conducting self-presentation workshops in English for students of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University preparing for the competition in Hague, about which I will definitely inform you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
