Zgodnie z tre\u015bci\u0105 ankiet, kt\u00f3re studenci wype\u0142nili przed wzi\u0119ciem udzia\u0142u w warsztacie, zorientowa\u0142em si\u0119, \u017ce powtarzaj\u0105cym si\u0119 kilkukrotnie motywem do pracy jest radzenie sobie ze stresem, efektywno\u015b\u0107 wyst\u0105pie\u0144 publicznych pod presj\u0105 oraz praca z krytyk\u0105 wewn\u0119trzn\u0105. To te\u017c sta\u0142o si\u0119 wa\u017cn\u0105 cz\u0119\u015bci\u0105 tego warsztatu, opr\u00f3cz pracy z g\u0142osem (emisja g\u0142osu, uruchomienie i wzmocnienie przepony), a tak\u017ce \u0107wiczenia przygotowanych wyst\u0105pie\u0144 na r\u00f3\u017cne sposoby, z r\u00f3\u017cnym nastawieniem, uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105c lini\u0119 intonacyjn\u0105, pauzy, akcenty itp. Z pe\u0142nym przekonaniem mog\u0119 poleci\u0107 Paw\u0142a do prowadzenia warsztat\u00f3w z Autoprezentacji, r\u00f3wnie\u017c w j\u0119zyku angielskim.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n Last month invited by Grzegorz Tomaszewski from the training company Prowadzeni s\u0142owami, I had the pleasure of leading a three-day workshop in English on Self-presentation for students of the Jagiellonian University. The workshop was part of the Jagiellonian University IBA ICC Moot Court project aimed at students of the Faculty of Law and Administration preparing for participation in an international competition of the same name. The competition is organized every year by The Grotius Centre in The Hague – an organization specializing in international law, while the specificity of this competition concerns criminal law (hence The Hague as the seat of the International Criminal Court). This year’s edition of the contest is called „THE PROSECUTOR V. ARRIX VRAGAR. Situation in the Republic of Northeros”, which is probably a very clear reference to the content of Game of Thrones, at least for fans of the series or George R.R. Martin’s books. As a psychologist I was rather unable to help students with the substantive part of the preparations \ud83d\ude09 but that was not my task – we agreed that the workshops would aim to prepare presentations and participants from the self-presentation perspective. According to the content of the surveys that the students had filled out before participating in the workshop, I noticed that a recurring topic is dealing with stress, the effectiveness of public speaking under pressure and working with internal criticism. This also became an important part of the workshop, in addition to voice work (voice emission, activating and strengthening the diaphragm), as well as practicing prepared presentations in various ways, with different attitudes, taking into account intonation lines, pauses, accents, etc. The students highly rated their participation in this workshop and Grzegorz Tomaszewski appreciated our collaboration, as described in the recommendation<\/a> I received from him:<\/p>\n\n\n\n „The workshop was rated highly by participants, who appreciated the effectiveness of the given solutions and the way Pawe\u0142 led the workshop.
