Zaj\u0119cia by\u0142y prowadzone przez aktor\u00f3w i trener\u00f3w INCA: Stefano D’Argenio i Emanuele Nargi. Projekt trwa\u0142 sze\u015b\u0107 dni roboczych; pierwsze dwa i p\u00f3\u0142 by\u0142y po\u015bwi\u0119cone integracji oraz \u0107wiczeniom aktorskim, aby rozgrza\u0107 nas przed g\u0142\u00f3wnym zadaniem, czyli przygotowaniem spektaklu. Co okaza\u0142o si\u0119 trafne, bo uczestniczy\u0142 on w zaj\u0119ciach prowadzonych przez uczni\u00f3w Grotowskiego – Jerzy bardzo popularny jest we W\u0142oszech, gdzie emigrowa\u0142, uciekaj\u0105c przed szaro\u015bci\u0105 komunistycznej rzeczywisto\u015bci. Spektakl przygotowywali\u015bmy w formule free roaming, czyli kilka scen odbywa\u0142o si\u0119 r\u00f3wnocze\u015bnie i widzowie sami decydowali, kt\u00f3r\u0105 chc\u0105 obejrze\u0107, poruszali si\u0119 swobodnie mi\u0119dzy nimi, podejmuj\u0105c te\u017c w ten spos\u00f3b decyzj\u0119, kt\u00f3r\u0105 scen\u0119 opuszcz\u0105. Wybra\u0142em grup\u0119 „komediant\u00f3w”, co akurat bardzo mi pasowa\u0142o charakterologicznie i pod k\u0105tem aktualnego nastroju. Ostatni dzie\u0144 po\u015bwi\u0119cony by\u0142 natomiast podsumowaniu projektu, programowi Erasmus Plus, wr\u0119czeniu dyplom\u00f3w itp. B\u0119d\u0105c w Barcelonie, grzechem (hihi) by\u0142oby nieodwiedzenie Bazyliki Sagrada Familia (chocia\u017c nie przypad\u0142a mi do gustu jej estetyka) oraz niekupienie butelki sangria na zbli\u017caj\u0105ce si\u0119 sierpniowe upa\u0142y w Warszawie<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week I finished a training course in Spain. The TC was organized by the INCA<\/a> (International Network for Culture and Arts) in Catalonia as part of the Erasmus Plus program. While reading an info-pack I found it intriguing that one of the requirements for participation was minimum three years’ experience in any of the performing arts \u2014 acting, singing, dancing, etc. My acting and theater experience was apparently sufficient, as I was selectef from the reserve list to join the project. It was originally scheduled for April and later moved to late July\/early August which was actually ok for me because I didn’t have to cancel and make up for classes at my Uni. During the project we were accommodated at the La Cremallera<\/a> arts center in the picturesque Pyrenees, specifically in the town of Ribes-de-Freser, with the view of the ruins of a medieval castle. It’s not often that I can say that the project I participated in involved psychology and coaching, as well as acting, as my Facebook page<\/a> suggests (if you haven’t liked it yet, you can always do so \ud83d\ude00 ). The classes were led by INCA actors and coaches: Stefano D’Argenio and Emanuele Nargi. The project lasted six working days; the first two and a half were spent on team-building and acting exercises to warm us up for the main task: preparing the performance. We had a day and a half for this (with a day off in between for regeneration), which is a super-fast pace of work from my perspective. We were divided into two groups of twelve people. I happened to be in the group led by Emanuele, who by the way at first glance reminded me of Grotowski. Which turned out to be correct, as he had participated in classes led by Grotowski’s students \u2013 Jerzy is very popular in Italy, where he emigrated to escape the grim reality of communist regime. We prepared the show using a free-roaming formula, meaning several scenes were performed simultaneously and the audience decided which one they wanted to watch, moving freely between them, and thus deciding which scene to skip. I chose a group of „comedians” which suited my personality and my current mood. The last day was devoted to summarizing the project, the Erasmus Plus program, the awarding of diplomas, and so on. While in Barcelona, it would have been a sin (hehe) not to visit the Sagrada Familia (even though I didn’t like its aesthetic) and not to buy a bottle of sangria for the upcoming August heat in Warsaw.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
